Students graduating from the faculty have diverse knowledge of traditional energy generation and distribution. In addition, faculty graduates have an excellent grasp of the technical solutions related to decentralised energy generation. Special attention is paid to the study of electrical energy distribution systems, automation, information technology, product development and industrial engineering and management. Basic issues related to energy production are also covered at the Faculty of Technology, because the energy industry is a business based on technology.
